It’s only Aug. 16, but the two most important members of Texas Tech’s 2015 recruiting class have already sign up to be Red Raiders next spring.
Jarrett Stidham and Breiden Fehoko both signed financial aid agreements this weekend with Texas Tech University, all but making their commitments official. Other schools are still allowed limited contact, but Tech coaches are no longer restricted by NCAA regulations for phone calls and home visits.
Stidham is a duel-threat five-star quarterback from Stephenville, TX. His junior season he threw for 2,613 yards and 30 passing touchdowns. He plans to enroll in the spring of 2015.

Fehoko is a four-star defensive tackle from Honolulu, HI and the brother of current Tech linebacker V.J. Fehoko and former defensive end Sam Fehoko. His junior season he recorded 103 tackles, including 20 for a loss, collected 24.5 sacks, and forced 12 fumbles.
Both these commits are game-changers for Texas Tech recruiting as Stidham is ranked No. 50 nationally and Fehoko No. 53.
While not binding like NLI, it’s huge for #TexasTech that Fehoko and Stidham have formalized their pledges. Cornerstones of TTU’s future.
