2. Jamar Wall (2006-2009)
Its rare to find a corner back that has both the size (5-foot-10, 205-pounds) and skills set that Wall developed while at Texas Tech. The hard hitting safety out of Plainview, Texas had some of the most punishing hits on opposing quarterbacks and wide receivers that I’ve seen in person.
