Best offensive player: DeAndre Washington
Washington was the first 1,000 yard rusher for Tech in 16 years. With 188 carries for 1,103 yards and two touchdowns, he proved to be a powerful force for Tech time and time again. Easily Kingsbury’s best weapon on offense, when Washington carried the ball 20 or more times he topped 100 yards, and when that happened Tech either won or lost on a last-second field goal.
Washington is a junior, so expect big things from him next season.
