No. 8 Texas:

My how the stars have fallen.  For the first time in the history of the Big 12 Conference, UT had no offensive linemen with conference accolades.  Not even Honorable Mention.  The only silver lining the Longhorns may have had, would have been if long-time center Dominic Espinosa would have decided to stay in Austin and apply for a medical redshirt after his senior season was cut too short.  As it stands now, the Longhorns return all of their starters for 2015…if the coaching staff plans on keeping the depth chart intact. Even with all five players returning, there are still some grave uncertainties at the tackle position. It’s going to take quite a bit of work for second year OL Coach Joe Wickline to get a decent product in Austin, but maybe dividends will pay off later in the season. Look for newcomers Brandon Hodges and Tristan Nickelson (JUCO) to climb up the depth chart, unless Strong and Co. plan on starting true freshmen at tackle.
