The Wildcats have some holes to fill along the trenches. Ryan Mueller, who was in the running for Big 12 DL of the Year, finished his time at Kansas State as a high motor guy that always knew where to be on the field, and how to make his teammates better. If that loss wasn’t enough, Wildcat fans were hoping that JUCO transfer Terrell Clinkscales would have a breakout year. However, Bill Snyder had other thoughts (Clinkscales was the one to officially cut the cord, but only after he was put in the dog house) after Clinkscales was arrested in connection with a domestic incident. What K-State has left, is a force in the middle (Travis Britz), surrounded by multiple relatively inexperienced role players. However, Bill Snyder seems to have a knack for getting the most out of his Freshman, so look out for Bryce English, who is a 300+ pound Defensive Tackle with great explosion and a nasty punch.
