As one of the top football leagues in America, the Big 12 has a diverse and distinguished collection of head coaches. As a group, they are also the highest paid coaches in the sport.
Their combined records are 772-395 for a winning percentage of just over 66 percent. The pressure put on Big 12 coaches only seems to increase as salaries rise and athletic departments pour more millions of dollars into each program.

Football is the main revenue generator for almost every school in the Big 12, and for many of these coaches, the success of their team has far reaching impacts on the entire university system.
