I don’t think enough can be said about the sorts of jobs that both Brent Key and Kalani Sitake did this season. I mean, we’re talking about two guys that deserve so much recognition for the success that their respective programs had this season. It truly is incredible the ways that both Key and Sitake were able to guide their teams to victories this season.

Between the two of them, Key and Sitake managed to win a total of 20 games this year. And that’s before they go bowling! Just incredible stuff.

Unfortunately, Key and Sitake are facing one another this bowl season. As much fun as it’d be to see them face other coaches, we’re going to see these guys lead the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the BYU Cougars against one another in the Pop-Tarts Bowl.

That should lead to a remarkable and fun bowl game between the Yellow Jackets and the Cougars, and for that I think we should all be appreciative, but I still think it’d be fun to see them have a chance to go beat up on other opponents instead of one another.

I don’t know, I’m partial to these two coaches and teams this season. That said, I’m glad that Texas Tech happened to beat BYU twice this year. That, my friends, is a good thing.

How to watch the 2025 Pop-Tarts bowl between BYU and Georgia Tech: TV channel, live stream, stats, kickoff time

Here’s what you need to know as the Yellow Jackets and the Cougars meet up in the 2025 edition of the Pop-Tarts Bowl:

  • Who: BYU Cougars (11-2 overall, 8-1 Big 12) vs. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (9-3 overall, 6-2 ACC)
  • What: 2025 Pop-Tarts Bowl
  • When: 12/27/25 at 2:30 p.m.
  • Where: Orlando, Florida
  • Venue: Camping World Stadium
  • TV channel: ABC
  • Live stream: ESPN

It’s going to be fun to see how this one shakes out. Will we see Sitake and BYU go out and bounce back and beat a “Tech” team for the first time this season to grab a 12th win on the year? Or will we witness Georgia Tech hand BYU another loss as they go on to get their 10th win of the season?
