Sunday afternoon, the No. 12 TCU Horned Frogs will be coming to town to meet up with Krista Gerlich and her Texas Tech Lady Raiders women’s basketball team. The Lady Raiders are entering this game with a No. 21 ranking, but with how Texas Tech has played in recent weeks, it feels like TCU and Texas Tech are on completely different planets right now.

And that makes this game huge. Both of these teams are ranked, but Texas Tech needs some sort of momentum boost to get this season rolling in the right direction once more.

Being able to find a way to get a win over the team that is currently at the top of the Big 12 women’s basketball standings would certainly help the Lady Raiders improve the current outlook on this season. A loss? Well, that wouldn’t end things horribly, but it would feel like the Big 12 title would be out of reach this year.

How to watch No. 21 Texas Tech Lady Raiders vs. No. 12 TCU Horned Frogs: Tipoff time, TV channel, live stream

Here’s what you need to know to be able to keep up with the Lady Raiders and the Horned Frogs as they meet up on Sunday afternoon for a top 25 Big 12 matchup.

  • Who: No. 12 TCU Horned Frogs (20-2 overall, 8-1 Big 12) vs No. 21 Texas Tech Lady Raiders (20-3 overall, 7-3 Big 12)
  • When: Sunday, February 1, 2026
  • Tipoff time: 1 p.m. CT
  • Venue: United Supermarkets Arena
  • Where: Lubbock, Texas
  • TV channel: FS1
  • Live stream: FOX Sports

Now, it is worth noting that if you want to stream this game, you’re going to need a TV provider login to be able to access FS1 through the FOX Sports website.

This game is a huge opportunity for Gerlich and the Lady Raiders. If Texas Tech can beat the No. 12 Horned Frogs in Lubbock, then the Lady Raiders are back in a solid spot in the Big 12 standings AND they snap a losing streak against TCU. That’d be huge for this program both for this season and also when looking at the big picture.
