A former transfer from LSU, Corey Kiner was a breakout star for a bad Cincinnati team in 2023. He ran for 1,047 yards and 5 scores for an offense that lacked punch in the passing game. That was an increase of almost 800 yards from what he did for Cincy in 2022.

The Bearcats were third in the Big 12 in rushing last season and Kiner was the main reason why. Topping the 100-yard mark in six games, he was impressively consistent.

However, in four other games, he was held below 60 yards. That included a terrible 31-yard game on 14 carries against Miami (OH) in a loss.
