Proof that dynamite can come in small packages, Jakeem Grant is the Texas Tech all-time leading receiver. The 5-foot-7, 168-pound native of Mesquite, Texas caught 254 passes for 3,286 yards and 27 touchdowns for the Red Raiders from 2012-15. He is still the Red Raiders' all-time leading receiver in terms of career yards.

But that wasn't the only way that Grant was able to impact games. He was also a dynamic return man. On 87 career kickoff returns, he averaged 24.9 yards per return and he scored four touchdowns.

What's amazing is that Grant was largely an afterthought as a recruit. Due in large part to his lack of prototypical size, his only other major conference scholarship offer came from Iowa State.

As a senior, Grant had his best season with 1,286 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. What's more, he put up 1,017 yards and two more touchdowns as a kickoff returner.

A fan favorite because he always seemed to make magic happen when he had the ball in his hands, he electrified crowds on the South Plains during his brilliant Red Raider career.
