Monday, the Texas Tech basketball team released the full list of home non-conference games for the 2024-25 season. As a result, we now know every team on the schedule for the upcoming season and where the Red Raiders will face each.

Tech opens the season, the 100th in program history, on November 5 vs. Bethune Cookman in Lubbock. Then, Northwestern State comes to town on November 8. Wyoming plays in Lubbock on November 13 in a game set up as part of the buy-out for former Wyoming head coach Jeff Linder, who joined the Tech staff as an assistant in May.

The Red Raiders then host Arkansas-Pine Bluff on November 18. That game takes place just three days before Grant McCasland's team participates in the Legends Classic in Brooklyn, New York where Tech will open with St. Joseph's on November 21 before taking on Texas or Syracuse the next night.

The Red Raiders then return home to take on Northern Colorado on November 29. DePaul then comes to Lubbock on December 4 as part of the Big 12/Big East Battle.

On November 9, the Red Raiders will meet Texas A&M in Fort Worth. Then, the non-conference portion of the schedule concludes in Lubbock with games against Oral Roberts on December 16 and Lamar on December 21.

Keep in mind that there are fewer non-Big 12 games this year because the conference has gone from 18-20 league games this season as the conference has expanded to 16 schools. The dates of those conference games have yet to be announced but we do know who Tech will host and who Tech will visit in Big 12 play.
