Baylor Cupp

Tight End

Kansas City Chiefs

Undrafted Free Agent

When tight end Baylor Cupp signed with Texas A&M as a five-star prospect in the class of 2019, expectations were high. In fact, it was assumed that he would be a future NFL Draft pick.

However, a host of injuries plagued him throughout his career. That's why he transferred to Texas Tech in 2022, as he had been passed up on the Aggies' depth chart, and why he never blossomed into a game-changing weapon in Lubbock.

In all, he ended his college career with 23 catches for 246 yards and four touchdowns. His best season was 2022 when he caught 12 passes for 132 yards and two scores.

He'll get a look in the NFL after signing with the Kansas City Chiefs, a franchise that knows a thing or two about how to develop a star tight end. His 6-foot-6, 245-pound frame makes him a prototypical specimen for the position and perhaps he can use that to carve his way onto the roster.
