The five best wide receivers Texas Tech will have to face in 2024
Though the engine that drives the Oklahoma State offense is running back Ollie Gordon II, the Cowboys' aerial attack will be dangerous in 2024 as well. One reason is the presence of Rashod Owens.
Last year, as a junior, he finally got his chance to start and he made the most of it. He ended the year with 63 receptions for 895 yards and five TDs. He also averaged 14.2 yards per catch.
Owens had three 100-yard games last year including 164 yards and two TDs on 10 catches against Texas A&M in the Texas Bowl. In all, he topped the 75-yard mark on six occasions.
An honorable-mention All-Big 12 performer, he comes back to an Oklahoma State offense that should be loaded in 2024. But as you will see in a moment, he's not even the best receiver on this own team.
