Texas Tech football fans know that the Big 12 has traditionally been home to some of the game's top slot receivers, many of whom have been Red Raiders. This year, the best inside receiver in America could reside in Stillwater, Oklahoma in the form of Brennan Presley.

Just 5-foot-8, the Tulsa native was one of the nation's most productive players a season ago. He caught 101 passes to lead the conference. Additionally, he amassed 991 yards and six scores.

Though he had only two 100-yard games, he topped the 90-yard mark five times. What's more, he had games with 15 and 16 receptions.

Presley and Owens will team with Gordon II to give Oklahoma State the best set of skill position players in the conference. If seventh-year senior QB Alan Bowman can just be a game manager, the Cowboys will be tough to stop.
