Way-too-early 2024-25 Big 12 basketball power rankings: Are Red Raiders rising?
Where in the expanded Big 12 does Texas Tech sit as we head into the summer? Here's our way-too-early power rankings.

The good news for Colorado is that the Buffaloes had their winningest season in program history this past season. Going 26-11, they reached the NCAA Tournament's second round after having to play in one of the First Four games.
The bad news is that the top six players from that team are no longer in Boulder. That includes big man Eddie Lampkin, a player Texas Tech fans know well from his time at TCU prior to his lone season at Colorado.
So far, the Buffs have added just one transfer, Andrej Jakimovski, a 4-star transfer from Washington State. They'll need a greater talent infusion than that if they want to get back to the Big Dance in 2025.
