In 2023-24, TCU leaned heavily on a group of seniors who were all once former transfers. That didn't pan out so well as the Frogs were just a middle-of-the-pack Big 12 team.
Now, Jamie Dixon has to undergo a complete rebuild. He's brought in three transfers including intriguing point guard Frankie Collins from Arizona State.
Of the three high school players Dixon has landed, none are four-star prospects. Thus, his rebuild seems far from complete.
