Folks, the Texas Tech softball team is elite when it comes to the Red Raiders’ approach at the plate. Right now, the Big 12 is being led by Texas Tech in RBI and the margin isn’t even remotely close. Texas Tech is currently leading the Big 12 with a staggering 333 RBI and behind them is the Kansas Jayhawks, but there’s a significant gap between the two.

At the moment, the Jayhawks have managed to rack up 263 RBI, which puts the Red Raiders at 70 RBI ahead of them. So, just a quick evaluation for a second. Texas Tech has 70 RBI more than the No. 2 team in the Big 12.

That gap is larger than the gap between Kansas at No. 2 and then the Iowa State Cyclones at No. 8 in the conference. It’s so dang impressive that the Red Raiders have been able to go out and dominate so effectively.
