The future is bright for Texas Tech football. Ever since Joey McGuire took over the team in 2022, the university has made it clear it is ready to back him 100 percent and give him all the resources necessary to have this program in the best position possible.
Need further proof of that? Fans knew about the $242 million football facility in Lubbock, but now that things are completed, the excitement is through the roof. Texas Tech got people even more jacked up with an inside look at things as a whole. Yup, this clip has plenty of TTU supporters talking and for good reason:
Texas Tech showing off its completed $242 million facility project. Extremely impressive.

Texas Tech showed off its new football facility and fans are fired up
Everything about that clip is unreal and you could tell from the huge smile he had on his face that Antonio Huffman is loving what's going on in town. This is a state-of-the-art facility and you can see why it cost so much money.
This is the kind of investment that needs to be made for Texas Tech to remain competitive with the rest of the Big 12. Can you imagine being a recruit and getting a tour on your official visit and seeing all of the great things the new facility provides?
The trophy room is head-turning, while the locker room is also pretty dang neat. Hoping to get a haircut? No need to leave campus, as there's a barber shop set up right there for everyone to enjoy. Look good, play good? Tech has the right idea there.
The players' lounge is another area that people can't stop talking about. The guys currently on the team probably can't wait for spring ball to get here too. All in all, this addition is a win-win across the board and McGuire will be ready to show this off with pride to anyone who makes their way to Lubbock.
