2. Jamar Wall (2006-2009)

Its rare to find a corner back that has both the size (5-foot-10, 205-pounds) and skills set that Wall developed while at Texas Tech. The hard hitting safety out of Plainview, Texas had some of the most punishing hits on opposing quarterbacks and wide receivers that I’ve seen in person.

After a career which featured 185 total tackles, three tackles for loss, nine interceptions and two forced fumbles, Wall was drafted in the 6th round of the 2010 NFL draft by the Dallas Cowboys.
