No. 9: Baylor

The good news for Baylor fans is that the team returns all but one of their five starting defensive backs. The bad news, however, is that none of them possess the talent to dissuade any opposing offenses from attacking them through the air.

Because the Bears’ recruiting success has been mostly on the offensive side of the ball, they do not have much help coming, and will have to get better fast if they want to repeat the co-championship.
