No. 6: Baylor

After Texas at number five, the second half of the conference is pretty close to a coin flip.

Baylor will be without Bryce Hager, who was unquestionably the best defender not on the defensive Line in 2014. Taylor Young, a former Freshman All-American just seemed to get better and better as the 2014 season went on. And after a brilliant bowl performance against Michigan State (15 tackles, 1 INT-37 yards), Young looks to lead the group as the Bears try and “repeat” (2014 co-champions) as conference champions in 2015.

Grant Campbell was named the other starter in Phil Bennett’s 4-2-5 scheme, and will likely be chased all season by Raaquan Davis.
