Donovan Ham – Guard

The son of Texas Tech basketball legend Darvin Ham, Donovan Ham from Atlanta, Georgia is going to walk-on at his father’s alma mater. A 6-foot-1 point guard, Ham might be a candidate to redshirt this season due to the glut of players at the point guard position.

Ham has an excellent knowledge of the game due in large part to the fact that he has grown up with a father who is a long-time NBA assistant coach. He is a fearless player who has a motor that doesn’t stop.

On the other hand, Ham must improve his shooting if he is to be a factor for Texas Tech during his career.
