The 1993 unanimous All-Southwest Conference quarterback currently ranks 4th on the schools all-time passing list despite playing during an era when Texas Tech’s offense revolved around the ground game.

With 7,908 career yards and 48 touchdowns, Hall sits atop of the statistical list for all pre-Air Raid Texas Tech quarterbacks. The native of Dallas, TX was also a threat to hurt teams with his legs. He rushed for 17 touchdowns as a Red Raider and gained 581 yards in his career.

A four-year starter, Hall won 21 games in the rugged Southwest Conference. As a 55% career passer, he had an overall quarterback rating of 131.5.
