The final 2024 post-fall camp Texas Tech football depth chart projection

With under two weeks to go until the Texas Tech football team kicks off its season against Abilene Christian in Lubbock, fall camp is wrapping up. In fact, this week, the Red Raiders are undergoing a mock game week to get everyone on the same page as to what to expect when game week arrives in just a few days.

The Red Raiders have some questions yet to answer, though, especially along the offensive line and in the secondary. At both position groups, it appears that the competition for starting spots will go on as long as the coaches can allow before making a final decision.

In fact, those position groups will likely be fluid even when the season starts. That's especially true of week one. Assuming that the Red Raiders blow out Abilene Christian as they should, the first game of the year could be a live audition for playing time among the offensive line and the secondary.

With that said, we should get a definitive depth chart from the Red Raiders around this time next week. So before that happens, let's take a shot at projecting how the Red Raiders are going to line up when game one rolls around.
